Atlas Dominion Holdings

Advice is cheap. We came to do the work.

Most advisory stops at the recommendation. We run two operating arms behind ours — merchant services and business capital — so the plan we hand you is one we can help you fund, price, and put into production.

Advisory
Marketing strategy, brand identity, websites, and growth systems.
Merchant Services
Processing placement and statement reviews that surface what you overpay.
Business Capital
Working capital sourced through vetted funding partners.

Three arms, one table

What we actually do

Each of these stands on its own. Together they cover the three things that usually decide whether a good business compounds or stalls: direction, margin, and cash.

How we work

No retainer before there is a reason for one.

Every engagement starts with something concrete and free. If we cannot find you a reason to keep talking, that is a useful answer too — and it costs you an hour, not a quarter.

  1. A real conversation

Thirty minutes on what you are actually trying to do this year and what is in the way. No pitch deck, no discovery framework.

  2. Something concrete, free

Usually a statement review or a capital pre-qualification. Either way you leave with numbers you did not have, whether or not you work with us.

  3. A scoped recommendation

What we would do, in what order, and what it costs. Where the right answer is "nothing yet," we say so.

  4. Execution, with you

We stay on the implementation. Processing placement, funding, or growth work — whichever arms the plan needs.

Where most people start

Two front doors

Free · No obligation

The statement review

Send us a recent processing statement. We return a line-by-line breakdown of every fee on it, what each one is for, which are negotiable, and what the same volume would cost elsewhere.

  • Effective rate calculated properly, not the headline number
  • Interchange, assessments, and markup separated out
  • Junk fees and padded add-ons identified by name
  • A written comparison you can take to your current provider

Free · Soft pre-qualification

Capital pre-qualification

Tell us your monthly volume and time in business. We will tell you what range of capital is realistically available to you, what it would cost in total dollars, and whether we think it is worth taking.

  • Indicative range before any hard credit pull
  • Total cost of capital in dollars, not just a factor rate
  • Multiple funding partners compared
  • A straight answer when the timing is wrong

On the free work: it is free because it is how we earn the right to the paid work, and because a business that understands its own numbers is a better client. There is no obligation attached to either, and we do not sell your information.

Who you are dealing with

A small firm, on purpose.

Atlas Dominion is deliberately small. Whoever takes your first call is who does the work and stays on the account.

That is a constraint we chose. It caps how many clients we can carry, and it means we turn down work that is not a fit rather than staffing it out to someone junior. In exchange you get an advisor who knows your numbers from memory and picks up when you call.

Bring us the thing that is stuck.

Margin, cash, direction, or something you have not named yet. Thirty minutes, no pitch, and a straight answer about whether we can help.
